What We Do:

Holston Institute of Healing Arts, LLC provides 517 hours of classroom instruction. Our day class will be completed in approximately 8 months. Our night class will be completed in approximately 12 months. Upon completion of the program, the student will be eligible to receive a Certificate of Completion, to sit for the National Certification Exam, and to apply for state licensure.

The Holston Institute of Healing Arts, LLC is approved by the Tennessee Higher Education Commission. Meets the standards for massage therapy as set forth by the Tennessee Massage Therapy board and the Virginia board of Nursing. Holston Institute of Healing Arts is also approved for funding through the Veteran's Administration and Vocational Rehabilitation.


In our Therapeutic Massage Competencies Program, we specialize in hands on supervised training combined with academic excellence and the belief that learning should be fun and enjoyable. The foundation for recognizing massage therapy as an important aspect of Prevention and Wellness has been laid. Graduates of Massage Therapy may expect to define their careers in such areas as beauty salon, fitness, medical settings, sports, animal clinics, independent practice and research.
