Elmcroft offers assisted living and specialized Alzheimers/Dementia community in an attractive and safe community and offers a full schedule of enriching social activities, highlighted by three nutritionally balanced meals a day plus three nutritious snacks. Trained staff are on hand 24 hours a day and provide as much or as little care as your loved one may need.

You’ll find these special Care Coordinators at Elmcroft’s Heartland Village. People with the ability to improve the quality of life for your loved one, not only by providing assistance with their activities of daily living, but also by involving them in structured programming that is meaningful and purposeful. Our Heartland Village offers a memory care program that is built around each individual’s life history, current abilities, and interests.
